Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to request a 50% deposit to secure your booking which may be paid over the telephone using your debit or credit card.
Your information. We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation. You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details - which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide landline, mobile and e-mail details. We may also contact you occasionally to make you aware of special offers or new treatments, we do not pass your details onto third party organisations.
Your right to cancel The following terms apply to all appointments made at Taje Temple of Beauty. (excluding wedding make-up. See below for special terms applicable to wedding make-up)
At least 48 hours notice is requested if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below may be charged.
We reserve the right to invoke this part of our terms at any time, therefore if you cancel or change your treatment within 48 hours of your treatment(s) occurring we may request a charge of 50% of the full treatment value.
If you fail to show for the appointment , our treatment(s) may be charged at full cost, at our discretion. If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked may also remain payable upon departure.
As we are unable to judge reasons for change, cancellation or non-arrival, clients are reminded that any booking made with the salon (verbal or written) forms a legally binding contract. Therefore, we reserve the right to invoke this part of our terms and conditions.
How to cancel or change your appointment: Cancellations should be made by calling us on 01633 859189. If you are cancelling outside of normal salon operating hours - you may cancel by leaving a clear answer phone message, but please ensure you provide your name, appointment time and date and a contact number.
Wedding Make-up / Hen Parties / Children Party The above may be booked up to 6 months prior to your preferred date. We are unable to accept bookings prior to this.
Wedding Make-up / Hen Parties / Children Party Deposits and final payment A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking for Wedding Make-up / Hen Parties / Children Party. This is to be paid at the time of booking. Final payment is due on the day of your make-up trial.
Your right to cancel or change You reserve the right to cancel your Wedding Make-up / Hen Parties / Children Party until 5 working days prior to your treatment date. The following charges will be made and late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
· More than 60 days notice - Full refund. · 22-59 days or less until treatment date - 50% loss. · 6-21 days or less until treatment date - 75% loss. · 5 days or less until treatment date - 100% loss.
Trials: If you wish to change the time of your make-up trial, standard cancellation terms apply.
Gift vouchers Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers may be used for treatments or products at our salon. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable against Botox & filler treatments.
Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers - which will be voided at the salon should you fail to give the required notice. Please check required notice periods based on the value of the booked treatment(s).
Our right to cancel / postpone treatment If a therapist is not available to undertake your treatment/s through circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness) or the salon is inoperable (e.g. severe snow) we will attempt to inform you as soon as is possible and provide as much notice as is possible. We also reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. Very rarely, we may need to cancel your appointment, in this circumstance we will attempt to give as much notice as possible.
Our rights We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, any special offer or promotion with immediate effect and prior to any expiry date advertised. Any bookings made prior to the removal will be honoured.
Refunds We do not offer refunds for any completed services. However if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve any problems.
